My journey to mental healthcare My interest in being a therapist began in my youth; then life brought struggles with ending relationships, grief and loss, single motherhood, and a family history of addiction, which solidified my passion to pursue the dream. My goals for you Change is hard, but it begins with understanding and accepting yourself while having the courage to challenge what leads to self-defeating behaviors. Together, we will create a realistic plan for change.
