Mariela Navarrette, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi, my name is Mariela Navarrette, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Being a first-generation Latin American, I understand the challenges and impacts of unprocessed mental health issues within cultures and family dynamics. I have also witnessed and experienced the beauty of receiving help in difficult times and have seen the positive impacts it can have. This led me to pursue a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University, hoping that my education, training, and skills may help others and create a ripple effect to bring about change in people. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, overcome challenges, process uncomfortable feelings, and develop healthy habits. It is through therapy that we begin to learn about ourselves and grow as a person.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
