I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and more. I am dually credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, enabling me to address both mental health and substance use concerns. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Concordia University and also hold a degree from UW-Whitewater.
