Life can feel really heavy sometimes—whether it's stress, past trauma, relationship struggles, or emotions that just won’t settle. You don’t have to carry it all alone. I aim to create a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel truly heard—without judgment. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s beneath the surface, understand patterns that might be holding you back, and build on your strengths to move toward healing and growth. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT to support emotional regulation and coping skills, while also integrating Narrative Therapy and IFS to explore deeper patterns, build self-awareness, and promote lasting change. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and work together to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for them. My focus My typical client is someone who is experiencing depression, anxiety, big life transitions, grief, and/or processing trauma. I have worked with children and adolescents for several years and especially enjoy working with teens who are going through life changes. My communication style I believe real progress happens when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely connected. When my clients meet with me, I want them to feel safe, heard, and as if they can be their true selves. My journey to mental healthcare As a child, I was always the one asking questions and sitting quietly to listen—especially when my elders told stories. I was deeply curious about people’s experiences and what shaped them, even at a young age. That natural curiosity grew into a desire to understand human emotions, relationships, and the ways we heal. My interest in the mental health field deepened after experiencing my own challenges and seeing how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen without judgment.
