Getting to know Martena Wilson

As a strength-based therapist, I see infinite potential in all of my clients to live fulfilled and meaningful lives. My therapeutic approach draws on your innate strengths and abilities to determine the most effective solutions. Two modalities influence my work. The first is a family-centered practice that uses your unique family of origin story to explore how that story has affected your life, love, and happiness or unhappiness. The second modality is somatic; I have been extensively trained in utilizing the mind/body/breath connection. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, which has further shaped my understanding and approach to therapy.
