My journey to mental healthcare I knew in my teens that I wanted to be a therapist. I love helping others. This is not a job for me; it's my passion. My education I earned my Master's in Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. My goals for you We work together to set your goals. I will help you put your goals into clear, simple terms that you can achieve. My first session with you First sessions are about getting to know each other-letting me get to know you and you get to know me. I won't pressure you to share more than is comfortable for you.
