Hi, I am a Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in California with over 11 years of experience working as a mental health counselor, therapist, mentor to at-risk youth, and life coach. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Eisner Institute for Professional Studies. I have worked with clients (ages 4-70+) facing various concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people dealing with anger control issues and eating disorders. My counseling style is educational and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing techniques. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps toward change.
