My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist began after my family experienced tremendous loss during my teenage years—grief I never fully processed. At 22, I started personal therapy, and it changed my life. I learned to connect with my feelings, experience joy again, and feel better in my daily life. My goals for you I see therapy as a collaborative experience. Together, we'll set goals for you-whether that's building self-esteem, processing difficult feelings, creating manageable solutions, or giving you tools to manage anxiety.
