I specialize in Trauma Therapy using EMDR, EFT, CBT, and Solution-Focused therapies. I work with Veterans, individuals, couples, families, the elderly, and children/teens. My areas of focus include PTSD, abuse, addictions, divorce, end-of-life issues, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. I am also an Occupational Therapist with an extensive background in medical coping strategies for those with chronic or newly diagnosed anxiety and coping challenges. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Chapman University. As a Christian Therapist, I welcome all individuals regardless of their background.
