CA
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Redlands, California. I provide therapy to adults and couples across the state through telehealth. I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, with a particular focus on supporting first responders, military veterans, and survivors of violent crime. My approach I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to be honest, seen, and understood. My therapy style is person-centered and collaborative, shaped by modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused approaches. I work to meet each person where they are and adapt to what will best support their healing and growth. My focus I work with adults and couples navigating the weight of trauma, stress, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans, first responders, or survivors of trauma who are looking for a safe place to heal and process what they’ve experienced. I also proudly affirm and support clients from the LGBTQIA+ community. My communication style Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and open-minded. I care deeply about building a strong, trusting relationship with each person I work with, because I believe that kind of connection is where true healing happens. I bring unconditional positive regard and a friendly, understanding presence to every session. My journey to mental healthcare Therapy has been a lifelong passion of mine. For over 20 years before becoming a therapist, I’ve supported individuals through facilitating community-based support groups for parents, young mothers, and teens. I’ve always believed in the power of connection and conversation to bring about real change in people’s lives. Today, I’m honored to walk alongside those who are healing from trauma and reclaiming their lives.
