I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a courageous step. Whether this is your first time exploring therapy or you’ve been on this journey before, I’m here to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping you create lasting, meaningful change in your life. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and I specialize in working with adults who are navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, personality functioning, and developmental disorders. My approach is holistic and client-centered, meaning that I tailor our work together to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and practical tools as needed. My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership—one where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Together, we’ll identify patterns in thinking and behavior that may be contributing to your distress and work toward strategies that support relief, insight, and personal growth. I tailor each session to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and a holistic perspective that considers the full picture of who you are. Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, challenges related to personality functioning, or developmental disorders, we’ll focus not only on symptom reduction but also on building resilience, self-worth, and a deeper connection to your values and goals. Clients often tell me they appreciate how we balance emotional exploration with practical tools. While some sessions may involve deep reflection, others might focus on developing new coping skills, communication strategies, or ways to shift unhelpful thought patterns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a strong desire to help others feel seen, heard, and supported. From an early age, I was drawn to understanding what makes people think, feel, and relate the way they do. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I pursued my Master’s degree in counseling to create a career where I could support others through meaningful, healing relationships. Through my training and clinical experience, I discovered how powerful it can be to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore their emotions, make sense of their past, and find new ways to move forward. Becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor has allowed me to blend evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection. Working with adults facing anxiety, depression, personality functioning, and developmental challenges has deepened my appreciation for each individual’s unique story and resilience. I’m continually inspired by my clients’ courage and growth. Being a therapist is not just my profession—it’s my calling. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they work toward healing, self-discovery, and more fulfilling lives.
