Hi, my name is Michele Richter, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing online/telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, young and older adults, and families. I believe that the choice to seek therapy is a choice of immense inner strength. It is a choice that says (loudly!), "I CHOOSE ME"! "I choose to learn and discover NEW things about myself, to grow as an individual, and live my BEST life"! In today's fast-paced, rapidly changing, and often uncertain world we now live in, there's absolutely no better time for self-discovery and growth than RIGHT NOW! SO.......I say to you.......CONGRATULATIONS on your choice!!! I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong process that only requires an open mind and a willing heart. Learning now matters, how much or how little, always leads to positive changes for yourself and your life. Most importantly, I believe that this wild, adventurous ride called LIFE, whether it be smooth sailing or rough seas ahead, is a little bit easier to navigate when you try to have a sense of humor along the way! And just so you know, I firmly believe that giving up is NOT an option, no matter how small that light at the end of the tunnel may seem to be……We are STRONGER than we may think and can persevere through absolutely anything.
