Hi there, I'm Michelle! My name is Michelle Keller, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus on depression, anxiety, and relationships, using a lens of curiosity to help clients understand their world. My approach I use curiosity to help clients challenge their experiences and thoughts, as well as explore their subconscious through brainspotting. My focus I assist patients who identify with cycles of depression and anxiety, as well as those struggling with life transitions and relationship difficulties. My communication style I create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel able to explore without judgment—and, if possible, share a laugh when appropriate. My journey to mental healthcare My career started with an interest in correctional work. A professor told me that if I wanted to make a difference, I should become a social worker and therapist. I explored the idea, and it became a passion. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. Over the years, I’ve worked in correctional settings and community mental health, and nothing has brought me greater joy than seeing clients heal and move forward in healthier ways. My goals for you Clients and I collaborate to identify their current concerns and immediate needs. My first session with you We explore your current needs and identify some historical background that might provide context. We also begin discussing the first few goals for therapy.
