Life can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to face it alone. I work with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds who are navigating stress, identity, relationships, and big life changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honoring your unique story, culture, and strengths. If you're feeling stuck or just need a space to breathe and sort things out, I’m here to help—reach out when you’re ready. My approach My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and pulls from different modalities. I create a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. I integrate culture, identity, and the larger systems that impact my clients’ lives into our work together. Using tools from CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches, I help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change with compassion and intention. My focus I work with both adults and teens who are navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My communication style My communication style is warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves and speak openly. I’m direct when needed, but always with compassion and care. Whether we’re exploring difficult emotions or celebrating progress, I bring a steady, grounded presence and a sense of curiosity to our work together. My journey to mental healthcare My own experience in therapy played a big role in shaping me as a therapist. Being a client helped me understand how healing happens through feeling heard, supported, and accepted. It showed me the power of connection and the importance of showing up for yourself. That experience inspired me to create the same kind of space for others—one that’s safe, supportive, and focused on growth.
