Life can feel heavy at times—whether you're dealing with anxiety, past trauma, or challenges in your relationships. You don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I create a safe and compassionate space where clients of all ages can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and feel more grounded in themselves. My My focus I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. I also support individuals navigating life transitions, stress, and challenges with communication and boundaries. My approach My approach to care is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment. I believe healing happens when individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw from trauma-informed practices, CBT, and mindfulness to help clients process their experiences, develop coping skills, and build resilience. My communication style My communication style is warm, honest, and direct. I believe in creating a space where you can be yourself without judgment, but also where we can have real conversations that lead to growth. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when needed so you’re not staying stuck in the same patterns. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist started with a genuine interest in understanding people—how we think, feel, and respond to what we’ve been through. Over time, that interest turned into a commitment to helping others navigate difficult experiences and make sense of patterns that feel hard to change. My goals for you I help clients reach their goals by getting clear on what’s actually keeping them stuck. From there, we break things down into realistic, manageable steps so change feels doable—not overwhelming. I focus on both insight and action.
