My approach My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients navigate change, heal from pain, and reconnect with their strengths to create a more fulfilling life. I utilize creative interventions such as expressive writing and imaginative processing to help access emotions and insights that can be difficult to reach with words alone. My focus I will collaborate with you to tailor a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals in a manner that is supportive and nonjudgmental. My communication style I have a lively approach to communication with clients so that it does not feel clinical, but that you are speaking with a trusted partner and/or confidant. I aim to foster a space that is nonjudgmental, clear, and in you feel heard. My journey to mental healthcare Being in the healing profession is my calling; I enjoy engaging in work that matters and is transformative. I aim to give back to my community and others in need of support. I aim to continue to grow as a clinician and learn from you as well. My goals for you We will collaborate in identifying short- and long-term goals, so that we can set you up for success and reaching milestones in your treatment. I will review with you periodically on your progress and adapt to your needs. Healing is not linear, so treatment plans can change as we gain insight from your experiences. My first session with you I invite you to pour yourself some tea, hot chocolate, or coffee so that we can engage in a comfortable conversation to learn more about each other and dive into what care support you need.
