Hi there, I'm Nairi! Do you feel stuck, disconnected, or like there's more to life than simply getting by? I empower individuals to overcome obstacles, build on their strengths, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and self-worth. Together, we'll create meaningful change so you can move from surviving to healing to thriving. My focus I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, anger, and self-esteem challenges. I also have a special interest in supporting men and caregivers as they they navigate emotional and relational concerns. We’ll build coping skills and create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. My approach I collaborate with clients to deepen self-understanding, heal childhood wounds, trauma, empowering them to live authentically, and become the person they aspire to be with confidence. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including parts work, grief therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt techniques, to provide effective care for you. My communication style Meaningful therapy begins with trust, openness, and genuine connection. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and valued. As we navigate challenges together, I offer a balance of compassion and accountability, helping you gain insight into unhelpful patterns and empowering you to make lasting changes. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began while working as a case manager at a mental health treatment center. Advocating for my clients and witnessing their growth sparked a deeper desire to support others in a more clinical capacity. Through this experience, I saw firsthand the transformative power of therapy and the role it can play in healing and growth.
