My goals for you Goals are client-led. We begin with imagining your positive, preferred future and thus the endpoint becomes our starting point. My first session with you The first session will be us building a safe container and trusted connection with lots of questions about what you'd like to create, your story, and blocks/what's gotten in the way. The first session is especially for you to be heard, seen, felt, and understood before I make any recommendations. I may make recommendations based on my knowledge, and I encourage you to trust your own intuition and higher self when making decisions. A big part of our work will be discernment and learning to trust yourself.
