As a mom, you’re constantly giving to everyone else— but you deserve something just for you. Starting therapy is a powerful step toward caring for your own well-being, and I’m here to make sure that journey feels meaningful and supportive. I’m Niambi Bloom, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, milspouse, mom of two, and dog mom. I specialize in supporting women through the highs and lows of pregnancy and postpartum, helping them manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My practice is a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and feel empowered as you navigate parenthood. My approach I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences and find the support you need. My eclectic therapeutic style incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based and solution-focused approaches— all delivered with trauma-informed care and a strong commitment to cultural awareness and competency. I also integrate mindfulness techniques to support mind-body connection, encourage present-moment awareness, and promote relaxation throughout your healing journey. My focus My focus is on supporting moms— especially those in the pregnancy and early postpartum stages— who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, and just not quite themselves. I work with women who are navigating the complex emotions of motherhood and trying to remember who they are outside of being “mom.” Just like flamingos lose their vibrant pink color while raising chicks because they are depleted and regain it with nourishment, I help moms get their “Pink” back. Together, we work on managing negative thoughts, building confidence, and reconnecting with your identity so you can feel like YOU again— vibrant, strong, and whole.
