What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m warm, direct, and affirming. Clients often say they appreciate my ability to gently challenge them while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can be fully themselves. I came to this work after years of pursuing self-improvement and personal growth, healing from complex trauma involving domestic violence, addiction, grief, and loss, all experienced before the age of 21. My healing journey inspired me to pursue training in clinical hypnotherapy when traditional talk therapy hadn't worked for me. Then I started understanding why traditional talk therapy had seemingly failed me and pursued a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, where I specialized in marriage and family therapy, in an effort to help people prevent addiction, violence, and suicide. Helping others create lives rooted in intention, connection, and inner peace is my deepest calling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll work together to clarify what matters most to you and set realistic, meaningful goals. I help clients build insight, shift patterns, and practice new skills that align with their values—so progress feels both grounded and empowering. Our first session is all about connection and clarity. You’ll have space to share what brings you in, and I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, goals, and what support looks like for you. Together, we’ll co-create a plan that feels aligned and actionable.
