Getting to know Noah Pasternak

It is my fundamental belief that all people can grow, change, and heal. We are living in a world fraught with stressors and uncertainty, and during these times it is more important than ever to develop a sense of control and purpose in our lives. My focus is to assist you in exploring and understanding the factors that have led to your symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, and how these symptoms are impacting your relationships, sense of self, and the direction that you have envisioned your life going. As a relational therapist, I can also assist you in strengthening your relationships with your loved ones. I offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space in which we can collaboratively work toward your goals through developing new understandings and new coping strategies that focus on your strengths. I am passionate about helping you heal from the past while developing a sense of control, self-worth, and direction in your life. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from California State University, Northridge, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your healing journey.
