Hi there, I'm Peter! I earned a PhD from Washington University in St. Louis & completed a 2-year NIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatry at WashU Medical School. I offer warm, collaborative, evidence-based therapy for adults and teens 16+ facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood issues, life changes, chronic illness, and religious trauma. I use an evidence based approach and draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and existential approaches to support your goals. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep curiosity about people and a desire to help them heal. Working in inpatient, residential, and partial hospital settings deepened my belief that no one is fundamentally broken and that trauma can heal. I strive to promote resilience by offering a safe, compassionate space for growth and change.
