Since then, I have worked with individuals struggling with substance abuse and trauma, gained expertise within a women's health clinic with a focus specifically on women and the challenges faced in pregnancy, postpartum, due to pregnancy loss, menopause, anxiety, and depression. My approach In our work together, I will combine gentle support with accountability and help you identify practical tools that will build your confidence and improve symptoms of anxiety and depression. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to care, pulling concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief work, and Mindfulness to help tailor your treatment specific to your needs. My focus Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief? Do you feel like you have lost your sense of self? I am here to help adults find a safe space, feel heard, gain support, and learn the tools necessary to create lasting change and move forward in life.
