Getting to know Ramon Solache
Hello, my name is Ramon. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping clients solve their problems while also getting to the roots of them. I help clients learn tools to regulate their emotions and deal with the challenges of life. Transform trauma into healthy self-love with me.
My approach
I will assist you in learning how to calm your body's response through mindfulness and meditation toward more deeply addressing the core and root of problems. I can guide you in identifying patterns and healing intergenerational trauma that impacts your life now. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and my passion for Psychodynamic therapy will be essential in assisting you in getting to the root of the problem.
My focus
I work with diverse populations and understand that many factors affect mental health, including environmental stressors, ethnicity, sexual orientation, varying gender identities, economic strain, and immigration. I have extensive experience with neurodivergence and can provide support to people with rigid thinking. I work with the LGBT community and, as a Gay therapist, can help address concerns affecting our community. I studied with the Institute for Uranian Psychoanalysis and continue to participate in a gay-centered inner work club.

You are not the problem; the problem is the problem. My approach is gentle. I believe there are no wrongs in behavior, but opportunities to learn, grow, and ongoingly explore: "How can I become a better version of me?" Your goals will become the motivation for change. I will help you challenge existing patterns and mental constructs that hinder your progress. I will encourage you to identify and amplify your current strengths. Become the hero of your own story.

I was attracted to this field because of the death of a close friend at a very young age.
