Getting to know Randy Cruz
Hello, I'm Randy. Despite having the title of therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience or credentials a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to connect and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith, as one has to begin a process of meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger at first. So, congratulations on taking the first step toward seeking treatment!
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University. I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field, including 3 years working with adults and 3 years working with children and adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. My goal is to provide support to adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect to control the pace in the first session in order to set the course throughout their journey in treatment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
