Hi there, I'm Rhandi!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. I focus on working with couples, individuals, and families to help manage mental health in all areas of life. I am a Christian and, if requested, will incorporate faith into every session. No matter where you are in your journey, I can meet you where you are. I look forward to doing great work and transforming relationships with you!
My approach
My approach focuses on the intersection of Attachment theory and the trauma perspective in your life. I also utilize motivational interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) concepts to anchor the sessions, with the purpose of moving toward attainable goals and transforming lives.
My focus
I typically work with adults aged 18+ in individual, couple, and family settings. I have had great success working with anxiety, depression, and attachment symptoms. In addition, I focus on growth in the areas of spirituality, relationship strengthening, authenticity, and positive shifts in personal beliefs.
My communication style
I am all about authenticity for all my clients and for myself as well. I show up creating a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere that accommodates you as you are, and I walk with you to the places you dare to dream about. Working with me feels like a conversation where you're the focus and your growth is a priority.
