As a therapist, I use various techniques to help people reconnect their mind-body balance, promote authentic completeness, and gain comfort in being at peace with themselves. I am certified as a Brainspotting practitioner and highly trained in EMDR and other trauma-recovery modalities. I also use CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic therapy, Client-Centered, and Systemic approaches within a contextual framework, emphasizing improving the existing dynamics of relationships with individuals, families, and in work settings. With a Master in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento, and over 15 years of experience partnering with public and governmental agencies, I have developed a unique way of meeting people where they are, getting to the heart of the matter with compassion in resolving individual and relational difficulties. I am passionate about seeing people heal and unlock their potential for happiness to live a full and beautiful life.
