I believe healing happens through connection, and I would be honored to walk alongside you—to encourage, support, and dream with you as you gain clarity about how you want to manifest yourself in the world. There’s something deeply transformative when two people come together in unity—healing becomes possible, growth accelerates, and new hope emerges. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, creativity, and intuitiveness, with deep respect for your unique journey. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy—and use them flexibly and creatively, guided by both training and intuition, to meet you where you are. I believe healing is more than applying techniques—it’s about presence, connection, and creating space for transformation across mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about creating possibilities. Life inevitably brings us moments of crisis, devastation, rejection, heartbreak, and seasons that feel hopeless. We face trauma, interpersonal breakdowns, romantic and attachment wounds, depression, grief, existential anxiety, and the loss of the stability we once leaned on. Yet even in these moments, together, we can reach beyond your current pain and broken reality, tap into your inner resilience, and begin the work of restoring what’s been lost or wounded. Within you lies the capacity to heal, to rise above your circumstances, and to reconnect with meaning, love, and hope. I see myself as a compassionate guide—deeply acquainted with human suffering through years of walking with others in their pain. With clinical training, intuition, and a steady presence, I offer support through life’s hardest moments. I lean on God as my sustaining source, and it’s my honor to help others reconnect with their worth, restore broken places, and rediscover hope and possibility.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My communication style is attentive, curious, and direct. I listen with deep interest and ask thoughtful questions that help clients reflect honestly and gain clarity. I emphasize that clients have choices, agency, and self-will—even when life feels limiting or overwhelming. I aim to create a steady, respectful space where people feel both supported and challenged as they move toward meaningful change. I encourage clients to step beyond fear, take intentional risks, and develop trust in their own voice. I speak truth with care and clarity, and I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative space for transformation—rooted in personal responsibility, insight, and possibility. I’ve always been a seeker of life’s meaning—drawn to the depth of the human experience, where soul, spirit, and body intertwine in the natural world. Becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight or calculated path; it was a slow, persistent awakening to the mystery and beauty of human connection, especially as it relates to my understanding of God. What captivated me was never just psychology, but the deeper questions of what it means to be human at our finest. I see therapy as a sacred space to explore those questions—where love, pain, courage, and growth coexist. Assisting people as they rise from their struggles is profoundly creative work. Each step forward reflects glimpses of divinity within fragile, earthen vessels. Bearing witness to that transformation is one of the deepest honors of my life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients reach their goals by instilling the courage to test change in real-life situations. Together, we identify small, practical, and meaningful actions—like initiating an honest conversation, setting a boundary, or trying a new way of responding to stress. These experiments allow clients to experience themselves as capable and in motion. The goal is to build confidence, disrupt feelings of helplessness, and reclaim personal agency. Over time, they begin to see themselves not as stuck or powerless, but as active participants and change agents in their own lives. The first session is a space for us to begin building a connection—a slow unfolding as we take time to get to know each other. We’ll also take care of a few practical pieces like filling out intake forms, discussing expectations, and answering any questions you might have about insurance, billing, or the therapy process. That said, I recognize that many clients come in ready to talk about the heart of their struggles right away. I honor that readiness. In our first session, you set the pace. Whether you need time to ease into the process or feel an urgency to speak openly from the start, both are welcome. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you want to shift, understand, or create in your life. From there, we’ll shape meaningful goals and explore ways to move toward them—with flexibility, honesty, and collaboration guiding our work.
