My journey began when I was willing to look within to discover my own unhappiness. As I gained insight and understanding, I fell in love with the therapeutic process. After years in my own unknowing place, I took a risk and went back to school, earning my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. I am passionate about what I do; the art of helping others find their own fulfillment, inner satisfaction, and joy is what this is all about.
