Getting to know Robert Wolff

A well-balanced life, a sense of harmony, and living as our authentic self-these are desires held by many, yet sometimes we don't quite know how to achieve them or address the roadblocks in our lives. I'm Dr. Rob Wolff, and I find no greater joy than helping people identify what their best life looks like and how to start living it. Some of life's challenges may include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship problems, sexual health, and navigating difficult situations. To reach our maximum potential, we must connect with and live as our authentic selves. This can be challenging, but the payoff is well worth it! Together, we will work toward you living your best life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Springfield College and am a doctor of social work as well as a licensed psychotherapist. My approach to therapy takes a humanistic perspective, meaning the work done in treatment, applied in day-to-day life, helps clients develop to their maximum potential. Therapy with me is an LGBTQ+ affirming space.
