I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Being fluent in both Spanish and English allows me to work with diverse populations. In 2012, I completed a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. I have worked for nonprofit organizations as a therapist serving children, adolescents, and adults. Providing psychotherapy services has been my passion. I enjoy assisting people in their personal growth by encouraging resilience and helping them tap into their potential to overcome life's difficulties. As a holistic therapist, I use different approaches depending on individual needs. I focus on acceptance, empathy, and non-judgment. Life teaches us through various experiences and challenges. By being aware of these lessons, we can find self-understanding and acceptance, both of which help us face life's challenges. My role as a therapist is not to provide solutions but to assist you in finding them yourself. I will help you reach deep within because the solutions are already there. I am here to help you discover them.
