My focus Everyone deserves to be heard and understood. While majority of my experience consists of children 3-17. I am passionate of serving everyone equally. My approach I use psychodynamic to dive in to past experiences to understand deep-seated distress. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel understood and hopeful. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your individual goals and progress. My communication style Having clear and open communication free of judgement is what I strive for. I am a patient active listener who strives to understand and learn from my clients. My journey to mental healthcare My wishes of becoming a provider started out very early in my life. I witnessed many dysfunctional family patterns. Ultimately, I became empowered to learn and grow and share that with those around me. My goals for you As your therapist I see you as a partner. With my experience I like to implement strategies and coping skills as we go. Our first session our first session is an opportunity for us to learn about each other and review what goals you'd like to place while also normalizing emotions of starting therapy. I am here to help and will move at the pace that is needed to allow you feel safe.
