I’m an integrative practitioner with over ten years of experience, utilizing a variety of approaches to help and support my clients in developing insights and coping with life’s challenges. I take a holistic approach to therapy, assisting clients in understanding different aspects of themselves, including the mind, body, spirituality, and relationships. Some of the modalities I use include strength-based, solution-focused, CBT, attachment-based, and person-centered approaches. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, which has further enriched my ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Ro is an awesome therapist! He remembers details, key players, and important dates. He helps me navigate difficult situations in my life and he holds space for me to explore my emotions and thoughts. He makes me feel heard, supported, and cared for. I have always felt somewhat uncomfortable building trust with therapists before, but this has been a very different experience.
