Hi there, I'm Ruben! I am a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing out of the Los Angeles area. For more than a decade, I have supported clients and families across diverse communities. I also serve as a Clinical Trainer in a Los Angeles university setting, where I provide education on trauma, resilience, and well-being. My focus Therapy should feel safe, respectful, and affirming. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, and I work with adolescents and adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. I also work well with athletes who are navigating pressure, identity shifts, and performance-related stress.
