You may be navigating grief, trauma, or addiction, or simply longing for clarity and steadier ways of being. I specialize in supporting clients through these challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and the grounding presence of my therapy dog, Gloria.
My approach
My approach is collaborative, steady, and tailored to each client. I draw from CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-focused methods such as EMDR and the Flash Technique. I often integrate narrative and strengths-based perspectives, always through an attachment lens.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I am especially comfortable supporting those with complex trauma, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. My focus is on helping clients build coping skills, uncover strengths, and reconnect with values that support lasting change.
