My communication style In therapy, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients to be vulnerable and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I use a collaborative approach to raise awareness, discuss deeper issues, and support clients in overcoming barriers to create a fulfilling life. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always wanted to help others in vulnerable positions, which led me to become a therapist. It is an honor to play a role in my clients’ journeys to overcome obstacles and live fulfilling lives. My goals for you After gathering sufficient biopsychosocial history, I work collaboratively with clients to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals to ensure short- and long-term goals are attainable.
