I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My communication style I work to create a tone in my sessions that is both structured and empathetic, providing a safe space where you, as a client, feel heard, respected, and empowered. The environment I work to foster is collaborative and nonjudgmental, with a warm yet focused approach that invites clients to explore their thoughts and emotions freely while staying goal-oriented.
