Hello and welcome. I have been a dedicated psychotherapist for the past 14 years. I am originally from the Central Valley of California and have worked with severely mentally ill and dual-diagnosed clients in mental health agencies. Through my experience, I gained various therapeutic insights and applied different therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Play Therapy, and Rogerian Therapy. I hold both a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Science and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
