I understand that sometimes life can be challenging and can hinder personal growth, happiness, relationships, quality of life, professional success, parenting, among other things. You may feel like you are spinning your wheels but not going anywhere. You might feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, and/or irritated. You may be surprised to know that there are ways to cope with these feelings so you can grab the reins and get back on that horse! You want to create meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start. I believe that the catalyst for that change exists within each of us; sometimes, we need a little help to find it. I have experience working with older adults, adults (teens 17+), veterans, active-duty military and their families, college students, EMS personnel, and caregivers in the treatment of mental health and life transition issues, trauma, marital and interpersonal issues, deployment, military separation, reunification, divorce, pregnancy, work and school challenges, parenting, and end-of-life issues (grief/placement). I can also provide case-management services, life coaching, and ESA evaluations/letters. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals through these complex challenges.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
