I hold a Master's in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. For individuals and veterans, I use CPT or CBT. With couples, I use the Gottman or Emotionally Focused Therapy approach, helping to find relief and begin to thrive again. The stress of daily life and difficult circumstances affects even the best of marriages, which need time and attention. I help couples resolve issues and renew commitment. I've also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, grief, and loss, helping them process the pain in their own time frame and begin healing. My goal is to help people move from victim to victor-not only surviving but thriving and experiencing joy again.
