I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Vermont. I enjoy helping individuals uncover and connect with who they truly are. I genuinely believe that each person is their own best expert in their life. I use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Narrative techniques to help people connect to their values and set themselves on a path to live the fulfilling life they want. I find that we often need to uncover conditioned beliefs instilled by culture and family systems that don’t align with our true selves. I believe that each person deserves to be seen and heard. For the past seven years, I have worked primarily in community mental health with adults, and before that, I worked with children and families.
