“He listens amazing and I really feel like he absorbs and analyzes what I say and explain. He shares personal experiences as well; that makes me feel comfortable in knowing that similar experiences and ways of feeling are not completely off the wall. These past few weeks I really feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders b/c I have the opportunity to share good / bad; happy / sad feelings and that my emotions are valid. ”

I'm BIPOC and culturally sensitive. You may be reading this at a time when you're going through a crisis and need moral support. Perhaps you're starting to doubt yourself and dimming your flame. My name means "Light," so my greatest gift to you is us shedding a light on your problems and finding compassionate solutions to help you. I offer compassionate therapy rooted in the transformative power of holistic healing. We will apply principles of mindfulness, spirituality, psychoanalysis, and faith-based counseling in our conversations. I specialize in guiding individuals through transformative healing journeys, drawing from my personal experiences and a compassionate, holistic approach. My therapeutic offerings encompass self-discovery, spiritual exploration, and culturally sensitive support. Through a blend of psychotherapy and holistic healing practices, I assist clients in reconnecting with their true selves, fostering resilience, and illuminating their path to personal growth and well-being. I assist with anxiety, trauma, depression, and men's issues. I believe each person is a distinctive individual, brimming with untapped potential. My goal is to hold a nonjudgmental space that fosters genuine comprehension of your goals and values. I invite you to take the reins of your life by turning over every stone to reveal your authentic self and spark a sense of direction and purpose. You may be reading this at your lowest point, but don't worry-I'm here to guide you back to your true self ("Remember Who You Are"). I've had a spiritual near-death experience and lost my mother to cancer, and through it all, I believe we are all meant to shine our light in this world. I'm a compassionate therapist who believes in healing through a holistic approach. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor's from York University. I'm here to help you grow!

We'll create a therapeutic journey that honors your unique experiences and supports your transformation toward a more fulfilling & balanced life. I've had a spiritual near-death experience, lost my loving mother to Cancer, immigrated as a child, lived under an oppressive regime in the Middle East as a minority, experienced complex family dynamics and through it all still believe that we are all meant to shine our light in this world. You may be reading this while at your lowest point in life but don't worry, I'm here to guide you back to your true self ("Remember Who You Are").
