It takes courage to reach out for help, and you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. I offer a collaborative, empowering space where your experiences are respected, your voice is central, and your goals drive the work we do. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from past experiences, managing mental health or substance use challenges, or seeking greater balance, we'll work together to help you build the life you want with practical tools, compassion, and real conversation. If you're ready to step into growth, healing, and lasting change, I am ready to walk beside you. My approach My approach to therapy is a collaborative, supportive experience where healing happens through both conversation and creative expression. I believe that growth isn't always linear or verbal; sometimes it's a feeling, a rhythm, a movement, or an image waiting to be brought to life. Meaningful change happens when you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take an active role in your healing process. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals, explore challenges, and use a variety of tools, practical skills, creative practices, and real-world strategies to support your growth inside and outside of sessions. I tailor my approach to fit your needs, drawing from evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also integrate creative elements such as art, movement, and music into the healing process when it aligns with your goals and interests. Creative work in therapy is flexible and client-led: painting or drawing to externalize emotions, using music to process memories, or engaging in mindful movement to reconnect with the body and release stored tension. These practices can help you access deeper layers of healing that words alone may not reach.
