I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Fayetteville State University, an HBCU that shaped the way I show up: with care that's real and respectful. My approach My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, down-to-earth, and collaborative— I draw from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT) trained.
