I also help clients dealing with attachment issues, including insecure attachment styles, to achieve secure attachments in their relationships. My communication style We work collaboratively, and I assist you in understanding what healthy relational dynamics look like, as well as improving your overall relational skills. My journey to therapy I have always had an insatiable curiosity about people's behavior and how it's triggered. I wanted to learn what function versus dysfunction looks like. My goals for you We set goals together and acknowledge change throughout the process. All goals are achievable, but you have to be open to the process.
