Hi there, I'm Toni! I have 18 years of experience as a Mental Health professional specializing in Adults with serious mental illness, crisis counseling, and treating children, individuals, and families. I have experience with treating anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, depression, schizophrenia, communication skills training, and working with autism spectrum children/adults. I also practice using CBT, DBT, ABA/play therapy, and client-centered modalities or treatment. Some of my work experience dealt with clinical case management and skills with social service resources. Along with my private practice, I work full-time with United Healthcare. My approach I love working with adults, children, families, and working with people experiencing PTSD/ anxiety. I am here to help you love yourself and live a happier and more fulfilled life. My focus I love working with all clients, from adolescents to the retired. I love working with people who are dealing with anxiety and depression primarily.
