My focus I work with people of all ages, from infants to seniors. I see individuals, couples, and families dealing with relationship issues, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and more. My communication style I see therapy as a collaborative process. We work together as partners. I take a direct, clear, and caring approach to communication. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to be a therapist. I am one of those lucky people who just knew what I wanted to be. My goals for you Goal setting is also a collaborative process. We work together to create reasonable, constructive goals in a step-by-step manner, with follow-up and assessment as we go along. My first session with you I view therapy as guidance on the path to self-healing. In the first session, we begin to get to know each other, explore what you are dealing with, and identify where you would like to be.
