I work with a wide variety of individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds who often struggle with relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. It’s important to me to build a safe therapeutic relationship with you. My approach is inclusive and accepting. I am drawn to therapy by a desire to help, learn, and grow. Therapy can be an impactful and meaningful experience, and it is my goal to continue growing as I practice.
