Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have had the privilege of working with clients facing various concerns, including anxiety, depression, acute stress, life transitions, life stressors, dynamic family issues, coping with new medical diagnoses, end-of-life, and other life challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and client-centered methods. I tailor my interventions to each client to best address their unique needs.
