My journey to therapy My journey to becoming a therapist began in Massachusetts at Smith College School for Social Work, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work. There I discovered the intersection between psyche and soul. To live deeply in every moment, we direct the mind and body to become one. We learn to focus attention and listen without reacting or judging. We learn to open our hearts, experience freedom, and release pain and suffering. It is an honor and privilege to do this work.
